Abstract
The Association of the Canadian Map Library and Archives (ACMLA) and the Canadian Cartographic Association (CCA) held their joint annual meeting at Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN) in historic St. John’s, NL, on 26–30 July 2005. The first day included workshops on cartographic enhancements in Arc9.2 (Edith Punt, ESRI), map production using ArcGIS (David Raymond, COGS), and mapping of hydrologic features with ArcGIS and Arc Hydro (Andrew Millward, Cornell). The day was capped off with an icebreaker in the cavernous Newman wine vaults.
