Cette recherche s’intéresse à la production de connaissances dont le « médiatiseur » pourrait s’inspirer lors de la conception de jeux de simulation informatisés. Le but poursuivi est de formuler des règles de médiatisation relatives à l’interactivité à partir desquelles des pistes de travail peuvent être dégagées. Le recours à une théorie de la communication interpersonnelle véhiculée par l’École de Palo Alto et à une démarche inductive a permis de proposer trois ensembles de règles relatives aux comportements des usagers, aux types d’informations véhiculés et aux aspects de la communication qui y étaient abordés.
