Abstract
Résumé Au cours de la dernière décennie, les professionnels de la santé ont été les témoins d’une profonde transformation dans les demandes et les besoins des usagers du système de santé, qui aspirent à plus de participation aux décisions qui les concernent, à plus de transparence et à plus de garanties en ce qui a trait à la qualité et à la sécurité des soins. Les acteurs hospitaliers doivent faire évoluer leurs représentations et leurs comportements, dans un contexte nouveau caractérisé par la contrainte économique, le développement des techniques médicales et des technologies, le renforcement des exigences sociales et un encadrement normatif toujours plus étroit. En nous appuyant sur le modèle de la ressource identitaire hiérarchisée, nous montrerons l’impact de ce changement, accéléré par l’accréditation hospitalière et concrétisé par la mise en place de projets qualité.
