Abstract
The four quarters of Koen model are equal with clan cultures, adhocracy, hierarchy and market. These models are trying to be offered to assess organizational culture and management skills assessment that cause changes in approaches to organization and internal improvement. In compliance with the tips in this article, the main task will be to any position in a market and its ability will trigger.
