Avec le remplacement grandissant du scénarimage par l’infographie comme outil privilégié dans la préparation d’une production filmique, la prévisualisation 3D assure la conformité de cette oeuvre à la vision du réalisateur en plus d’en confirmer la faisabilité, et ce hors des contraintes traditionnelles du plateau de tournage. Par une mise en contexte historique et structurelle, le texte explique comment cette nouvelle prévisualisation, tout en favorisant une gestion efficace des risques existants, contribue toutefois à créer de nouveaux risques par sa capacité à représenter avec une grande exactitude visuelle le film à venir.
