Abstract
Depuis une quinzaine d'annes, en Europe les dynamiques institutionnelles visant rformer le gouvernement des villes se sont multiplies la fois pour mieux prendre l'volution de l'urbanisation et surtout pour les adapter la nouvelle donne gnre par la comptition territoriale et la globalisation. C'est dans ce contexte que de nouvelles structures partenariales associant lus et reprsentants de la socit civile ont t mises en place. L'article retrace ce processus et en value l'impact sur les politiques urbaines.
