Este artigo tem por objetivo proporcionar reflexoes sobre as relacoes de professores e alunos, bem como as interferencias surgidas desta na gestao organizacional, que envolvem o processo de desenvolvimento economico, social e humano. Em tempos modernos e com a complexidade dos fatores humanos inseridos dentro de um mercado globalizado de grande competicao, cada vez mais se busca a eficiencia humana e economica das organizacoes, para que assim se possa superar os desafios diarios existentes da sustentabilidade e perpetuidade. Desta forma procurou-se embasar algumas reflexoes sobre tais paradigmas.
