Résumé À la suite de l’effondrement des titres technologiques et des nombreuses faillites qui ont ébranlé le secteur du commerce électronique, plusieurs entreprises ont freiné leur réflexion sur le rôle que ce mode de commercialisation peut jouer. Le présent article a pour but de faire le point sur les occasions réelles que représente le commerce électronique, que ce soit pour les entreprises ou pour les entrepreneurs. Basé sur une analyse tant économique que stratégique des principales tendances des dernières années en matière de commerce électronique, il décrit les activités qui n’auront jamais une plus-value et celles qui sont les plus prometteuses.
