ヒラメの初期発育過程に伴う淡水,高塩分,高水温,およびホルマリン耐性実験を行い,発育に伴う半数致死条件の変化を調べた。各種環境ストレスに対する耐性は孵化後 1 日齢で最高値を示し,およそ孵化後 10 日齢までに最低値を示した。この原因として,口や鰓蓋の形成により,各種環境ストレスに対して高い感受性を示すようになったと考えられたが,発育に伴う各種環境ストレス耐性は,異なる変化傾向を示した。
