Abstract
Les termes et les pratiques de la psychologie sont de plus en plus souvent mis en oeuvre dans le monde du travail pour définir et gérer les difficultés rencontrées par les salariés. Pour beaucoup d’observateurs critiques, cette psychologisation traduit une volonté managériale d’exploiter les tendances contemporaines au narcissisme et au désir d’épanouissement tout en maintenant une forme euphémisée de domination. La présentation rapide des trois études de cas (infirmières, policiers et conducteurs de bus) permet de montrer que loin de correspondre à un schéma unique, le recours à la psychologie est socialement construit de façon toujours spécifique.
