Abstract

Cet article présente une analyse internationale comparée de deux groupes d’accompagnants orientés vers le développement entrepreneurial de jeunes TPE, situés l’un en France, l’autre au Québec. Les résultats permettent de faire émerger la perspective des accompagnants sur ce thème en référence à la notion d’écosystème entrepreneurial. Ils indiquent une convergence dans les pratiques de gouvernance de l’accompagnement au sujet de la couverture, de la cohérence des interrelations, ainsi que la cohésion des actions d’accompagnement. Ils en soulignent également une adaptation contextuelle nécessaire, par une évaluation selon les spécificités des cas à l’étude, de l’importance et de la faisabilité perçues des actions d’accompagnement proposées.
