Abstract
La rencontre entre analyse sociale et diagnostic écologique représente le projet pluridisciplinaire des sciences de l’environnement. Mais les interactions entre nature et culture existent à différents niveaux d’intégration et l’analyse de la co-évolution milieux/sociétés exige de la part des chercheurs l’identification d’échelles fonctionnelles valables au regard des processus écologiques comme des phénomènes sociaux. En Guinée Maritime, notre étude s’est appliquée à des compartiments de l’espace où pratiques locales et fonctionnements écologiques s’intègrent en une entité spatiale hybride de nature et de culture. Permettant le déploiement simultané des méthodes des sciences sociales et des sciences écologiques, ces entités, nommées facettes éco-paysagères, sont décrites comme des écosystèmes mais aussi comme objets de représentations locales et d’enjeux sociaux.
