A TWO DIMENSIONAL GEL ELECTROPHORESIS TECHNIQUE COMBINING A MICRO‐ AND A MINI‐GEL SYSTEM FOR PROTEOMIC ANALYSIS OF FUNGAL HEAT SHOCK PROTEINS
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Abstract A two‐dimensional gel electrophoresis (2‐DGE) technique is described here that combines isoelectric focusing (IEF) based separation of proteins using the PhastGel IEF in the first dimension and the Criterion precast mini‐gels in the second dimension. The technique is rapid (2.5 to 3 h including silver staining), convenient, sensitive with high resolution and enables simultaneous analysis of up to 24 samples. This technique also eliminates any inconsistencies arising from gel to gel variation, either from electrophoresis running conditions or differential staining times, especially as in the case of silver stains. The rapidity and efficacy of this technique is demonstrated by the proteome‐based analysis of the induction, enhancement and repression of proteins in heat shocked Beauveria bassiana, ah entomopathogenic fungus.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
