Abstract
Il y a un an le droit des rapports collectifs du travail élargissait ses cadres pour inclure les salariés de la fonction publique. L'importance de ce nouveau réseau de rapports collectifs (28,000 fonctionnaires) et le particularisme du seul employeur en cause, l'Etat, nous incitent à suivre de près ces premières expériences. Dans le domaine des relations du travail, l'Etat joue sur tous les tableaux: pacificateur dans le secteur de l'entreprise privée, pourvoyeur et contrôleur dans le secteur des services publics et maintenant, principal employeur de la province.
