Abstract
Résumé La vocation d’un dispositif d’information et de documentation, quelle que soit la nature de son offre, est d’atteindre le ou les publics potentiels. Les actions de communication n’étant pas toujours suffisantes, il faut parfois mettre le prospect en confiance et utiliser des signes qui différencient une offre des offres concurrentes. C’est l’ensemble de ces signes de mise en confiance que décrit cette étude : audit de conformité, certification du système d’assurance qualité, prix qualité, certification des personnes, adhésion à un code de déontologie, publication d’une charte qualité, étiquetage informatif normalisé, certification des produits ou des services, publication d’essais comparatifs.
