Abstract
La remise en cause grandissante de la vision du monde économiciste véhiculée par l’ordre mondial actuel met en exergue l’existence de systèmes de valeurs et de pratiques alternatifs, notamment portés par divers Peuples autochtones. Le régime de propriété intellectuelle traduit la confrontation de ces différentes conceptions du monde, comme le soulignent les conflits liés à la biopiraterie ; si la participation des Peuples autochtones et la prise en considération de leurs cosmovisions révèlent une certaine prise de conscience de la nécessité d’inclure des secteurs historiquement exclus, celle-ci se heurte à la vision dominante où le droit des affaires prime sur les droits des peuples. L’instauration d’un véritable pluralisme juridique, érigeant les philosophies autochtones au même titre que les autres modalités d’accès à la connaissance, doit permettre de décoloniser l’épistémologie afin de repenser le rapport entre l’Humanité et la Nature.
