Abstract
Cet article questionne de manière critique les discours sur le management au féminin. Pour saisir les représentations des professionnels, une analyse de trois ouvrages sur le sujet et d’entretiens semi-directifs de managers d’un grand cabinet de conseil en management sont confrontés à la littérature académique. Leurs discours sont struturés en deux axes : la naturalisation des différences hommes/femmes et l’affirmation de l’avènement d’un nouveau type de management plus féminin. Ces discours constituent une opportunité de promotion de la diversité et de pratiques managériales renouvelées, mais risquent également de renforcer les clivages hommes/femmes, au détriment de celles-ci.
