Abstract
Les politiques publiques de gestion de la diversité ethnoculturelle sont l'objet d'une redéfinition, au Canada comme au Québec. Au-delà des énoncés de politiques, ces changements ont des conséquences concrètes quant aux modalités d'interventions, au mandat, voire même à l'existence des organismes non gouvernementaux (ONG) représentant les communautés immigrantes. À la lumière d'un cadre théorique sur la citoyenneté, cette recherche s'intéresse à la perception qu'ont les dirigeants d'ONG de cette redéfinition au Québec et montre que, malgré plusieurs réserves sur la définition d'un patrimoine commun et de l'identité nationale par l'État, ceux-ci adhèrent à une définition procédurale de la citoyenneté et aux changements en cours.
