Le travail peut constituer l’une des sources d’un suicide, voire en être la principale. Notre objectif sera d’analyser, à partir de six projets de recherche avec différents groupes professionnels au Québec, neuf différentes variables organisationnelles pour essayer d’établir lesquelles peuvent être prédictives des idéations suicidaires. Le choix d’utiliser le concept d’idéations suicidaires repose sur une logique de prévention primaire, car les idéations suicidaires constituent la porte d’entrée des conduites suicidaires. Nos résultats indiquent que la surcharge de travail et la coopération dans l’équipe deviennent des facteurs incontournables pour comprendre la dynamique qui établit l’émergence des idéations suicidaires.
