Abstract
Akrosom-Kern-Syndrom bei Hundespermatozoen Bei einem infertilen, semikryptorchen Hund wird ein Akrosom-Kern-Syndrom beschrieben. Dieses Syndrom ist aufgrund einer elektronenmikroskopischen Studie an Entwicklungsstadien und an reifen Spermatozoen definiert als das gleichzeitige Auftreten von folgenden Symptomen: 1) intranukleäre Einschlüsse akrosomalen Ursprungs, 2) fehldifferenziertes apikales Segment des Akrosoms, 3) intraakrosomale Einschlüsse mit Herkunft aus Sertoli-Zellen, 4) charakteristische unförmige Kernformen und 5) zurückgebliebene cytoplasmatische droplets. Die Ursache dieses Syndroms und die Möglichkeit eines Transfers von somatischen Faktoren werden diskutiert. Dabei wird erwogen, inwieweit bei der Komplexität dieses Defektes in Verbindung mit einem Kryptorchismus genetische Faktoren eine Rolle spielen.
