herauszufinden, wie sich Nierenzellkarzinome in der Perfusionsdarstellung verhalten. Methode: 30 Patienten mit klinisch hochgradigem Verdacht auf Nierenzell-Karzinom wurden im Rahmen des Stagings am 320-Schicht-CT untersucht. Das Untersuchungsprotokoll enthielt nach einer Niedrigdosis-Nativ-CT der Nieren eine dynamische Serie von 17 Scans, jeweils mit 80–100kV, 45mAs und 0,5s Rotationszeit. Mit einem Fluss von 8–10ml/s wurden 60ml Kontrastmittel injiziert. Ausgewertet wurden die absoluten Perfusionswerte über Festlegung eine ROI in der Aorta und jeweils im Nierenparenchym
