Abstract
Les études sur la légitimité politique en Chine contemporaine sont désormais tombées sous l’empire de la philosophie politique et du positivisme juridique. Or, l’analyse de l’autorité gouvernementale chinoise demande de revisiter la pensée wébérienne afin de pouvoir faire sens des nouveaux modes de socialisation politique dans l’établissement de la légitimité politique. Sans rompre avec la scientificité de la sociologie compréhensive, les idéaux-types sociohistoriques de ladomination liturgiqueet de ladomination panoptiqueviennent ici réactualiser la sociologie politique en s’intéressant aux sens subjectifs donnés par des gouvernés dont les consentements sont maintenant mus par les impératifs d’ordonner le mondeet desécuriser la société.
