Abstract
Dans un contexte de modernisation de l’État québécois, une transformation du réseau de la santé et des services sociaux est en cours suivant le modèle d’intégration des services. Cet article traite des enjeux soulevés par l’implantation des réseaux locaux de services sur les pratiques en santé mentale dont le principe central est l’appropriation du pouvoir. L’auteure présente plus particulièrement les enjeux de liberté de choix des personnes et d’espace démocratique dans l’organisation des activités et services. Enfin, deux pistes de réflexion pour soutenir un véritable renouvellement des pratiques sont suggérées.
