Abstract
Cet article présente les résultats d’une recherche effectuée sur la perception que des étudiants ont des effets d’un atelier d’efficience cognitive sur leur changement de stratégies d’apprentissage. L’Atelier d’efficience cognitive vise spécifiquement des lacunes possibles en matière de savoir apprendre des étudiants de premier cycle, afin de les aider à s’ajuster aux exigences des études universitaires. Nous décrivons en premier lieu l’Atelier, ses fondements théoriques, ses buts et ses objectifs, ses contenus et le déroulement de ses quinze sessions, ainsi que ses principes pédagogiques et ses modalités pratiques. Nous présentons ensuite la méthodologie et discutons les résultats de la recherche. Nous décrivons les effets, tels qu’ils sont rapportés par les sujets. Ces effets concernent le changement de stratégies d’apprentissage et l’impact de ces changements sur divers aspects de l’apprentissage des étudiants.
