Abstract
Les débats sur la question religieuse s’inscrivent en France dans la sphère publique comme en entreprise. Ainsi, dans le monde professionnel, certains salariés présentent-ils des revendications de nature religieuse. L’objectif de cette recherche exploratoire vise à analyser le processus d’intégration du fait religieux dans les pratiques de management des grandes entreprises françaises, selon la perspective développée par les théories de l’apprentissage. Nous identifions différents niveaux, différentes phases, le recours à une instrumentation permettant d’appréhender la gestion du fait religieux selon divers processus d’apprentissage influencés, tant au plan organisationnel que professionnel, par la place conférée à l’intime par les managers, salariés, dirigeants.
