Abstract
Cette contribution puise dans l’expérience de gouvernanced’une structure d’interface entre les régionsadministratives et l’État québécois. Lesrelations managério-administratives et politiques vécues,à l’échelle régions-centre durant lapériode 2004-2009, sont décrites dans une analyse de caset amèneront à faire des liens avec certains enjeuxliés à la gouvernance partagée. Ceux-ci concernentnotamment des valeurs de démocratie délibérativeet réflexive, ainsi que les défis de maillageélus-société. Au service d’une telle vision,cinq conditions clés sont mises au jour pour assurer unegouvernance multiniveau dynamique, symétrique et interactive,essentielle pour s’engager dans la voie d’unedécentralisation de type partenariale.
