Résumé Si la grande majorité des chercheurs et des praticiens observent une évolution du marketing, les avis divergent fortement quant à la nature et aux conséquences de cette évolution. Afin de rendre compte de manière critique de la diversité d’opinions et de s’interroger sur l’avenir de la discipline, une analyse structurelle est proposée : les pratiques, les paradigmes, puis l’objet final du marketing sont distingués. Il apparaît ainsi différents niveaux d’évolution, dont les directions différentes pourraient expliquer cette crise du marketing que certains croient discerner.
