Abstract
Pratiquer l’interdisciplinarité en droit est de plus en plus pertinent pour aborder des problématiques juridiques complexes et novatrices. Néanmoins, cela place les chercheurs devant une diversité de méthodes et de théories et fait émerger des défis appelant des modes de solution particuliers. De 2008 à 2010, une équipe composée de juristes et de spécialistes des sciences sociales (anthropologues et sociologue) a mené une étude empirique portant sur les services de placement. En effectuant un retour sur l’expérience de cette équipe, les auteures mettent en évidence dans l’article qui suit, pour chaque étape du processus de recherche, les avantages obtenus et les obstacles rencontrés. Puis elles mettent l’accent sur la manière dont le recours à une étude empirique dans la tradition des sciences sociales est apparu complémentaire de la recherche classique en droit. Enfin, elles en tirent des leçons plus générales susceptibles d’être transposées à d’autres expériences de recherche interdisciplinaire en droit.
