Abstract
Cet article a pour objectif d’évaluer le rôle du groupe dans un dispositif d’analyse des pratiques requérant la forme du séminaire et auquel ont participé les enseignants stagiaires du second degré de l’Institut universitaire de formation des maîtres de Rouen. L’étude fait ressortir la construction d’un discours groupal s’appuyant sur un certain nombre de paramètres, acceptation ou refus préalables du cadre, gradients disciplinaires, focalisation sur le « problème », etc. L’analyse des résultats montre qu’une posture réflexive se dessine davantage dans les termes d’une disponibilité retrouvée que dans ceux de la construction d’une capacité réflexive définitivement incorporée.
