Abstract
Le présent texte a pour objet de démontrer comment et pourquoi les facultés de droit québécoises ont passé depuis 1965 jusqu’à 1975 de l’état pauvret de simples écoles professionnelles en facultés universitaires modernes. On tentera d’identifier dix facteurs significatifs de cette transformation d’une institution qui ne forme plus que des techniciens du droit, mais des juristes avertis et critiques.
