Résumé Cet article porte sur la continuité de l’intervention éducative et de l’intervention socio-éducative en contexte scolaire primaire. À partir de l’étude de récits de pratiques, nous avons identifié les moments et événements autour desquels les acteurs scolaires et périscolaires coordonnent leur action. Nous avons constaté que le rôle des directions d’école est crucial à l’efficacité de cette coordination, et que les défauts de coordination contribuent grandement à l’alourdissement de la tâche des enseignants.
