Abstract
Les variations spatiales des valeurs des terrains résidentiels à Sherbrooke sont mises en relation avec un certain nombre de caractéristiques géographiques grâce à l'analyse de régression. Il en ressort une forte influence du centre-ville, des grandes routes, de l'accessibilité à la population et du zonage sur les valeurs foncières résidentielles. Grâce à la carte des résidus, nous pouvons déduire que les parcs, l'aménagement des terrains, l'absence de pollution et la proximité de certains centres particuliers accroissent les valeurs résidentielles.
