Abstract
À la lumière de questionnaires annexés à ce texte et complétés par des représentants de toutes les facultés de droit au Canada, l’auteure commente les efforts déployés par ces facultés pour former des juristes qui seront en mesure de surmonter les défis reliés au phénomène de la mondialisation. En plus de décrire et de commenter les différents moyens utilisés par les facultés de droit à cette fin, l’auteure propose d’autres moyens, en outre : inclure systématiquement un élément international dans tous les cours qui traitent du droit national ou provincial et offrir au moins un cours, peut-être même obligatoire, qui irait au delà des concepts traditionnels du droit international et comparé où il serait question des conséquences juridiques d’une mondialisation peu ou mal réglementée.
