Abstract
Le thème de la Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises se développe dans un cadre institutionnel international où régulations publiques côtoient approches volontaires. L’article traite des fondements théoriques des approches volontaires, des différences entre RSE et développement durable et les dérives auxquelles conduit une approche superficielle du développement durable. En conclusion l’article montre comment les lignes directrices SD 21000, développées par l’AFNOR, permettent de dépasser les limites identifiées.
