Abstract
Dans cet article, nous définissons les concepts clés de co-construction et de co-production des politiques publiques. Nous examinons le rôle du tiers secteur dans la co-construction de deux politiques mises en place par le gouvernement fédéral (la Voluntary Sector Initiative et le Plan de soutien à l’économie sociale), puis dans la co-construction de six politiques du gouvernement québécois (les politiques de reconnaissance de l’économie sociale, des Centres de la petite enfance (CPE), de soutien à domicile, de logement social, de reconnaissance des organismes communautaires autonomes ainsi que la Loi visant à combattre la pauvreté et l’exclusion sociale). Nous comparons et analysons ces politiques à la lumière du concept de co-construction.
