High Temperature Thermodynamic Properties and Pseudo-Binary Phase Diagram of the Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)0.91Ti0.09O3–PbO System
Bibliographic record
Abstract
The high temperature thermodynamic properties of the relaxor-based ferroelectric Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)0.91Ti0.09O3(PZNT91/9) and the related PZNT91/9–PbO system have been studied by means of micro-thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis (TG/DTA), combined with optical microscopic examination. A pseudo-binary phase diagram for the system has been established, which exhibits a typical eutectic behavior. The eutectic temperature of the pseudo-binary system is determined to be 828±2°C with a eutectic composition of 25 wt%PZNT91/9–75 wt%PbO. PZNT91/9 crystals partially decompose into a pyrochlore phase above 1140°C. Upon further heating, they incongruently melt at 1225±2°C. The liquidus melting behavior of Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)0.91Ti0.09O3in the PbO flux for less than 75 wt% PbO (xPbO<0.75) follows a liquidus curve that is represented by the equation:TL(°C)=-435.34xPbO2-214.34xPbO+1227.6. The established phase diagram and the thermodynamic data provide a valuable guidance for the growth of large and high quality PZNT piezocrystals.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
