Résumé Le marketing de la PME constitue de nos jours un courant de recherche qui prend de l’importance dans plusieurs pays du monde. Le présent article essaie, dans une approche exploratoire de voir quel est le niveau des pratiques du marketing dans les petites entreprises sénégalaises. Ainsi, à partir d’une revue de la littérature sur la question, des hypothèses de recherche sont formulées et testées empiriquement sur un échantillon de 280 petites entreprises sénégalaises. Les données sont analysées à l’aide d’analyses univariées et bivariées. Les résultats ont permis de confirmer les constations faites en France et au Canada sur le comportement des petites entreprises en matière commerciale et marketing.
