Abstract
Le présent article porte sur le rôle que peut jouer la responsabilité sociale des entreprises pour faire progresser la gestion des hôpitaux. La responsabilité sociale des entreprises désigne l'intégration des préoccupations sociales et environnementales aux opérations commerciales. Les auteurs exposent en quoi la responsabilité sociale des entreprises peut aider les hôpitaux et proposent aux hôpitaux des initiatives de responsabilité sociale à privilégier.
