Abstract
Abstract To state the obvious, Charles Baudelaire (1821–1867) was both an inspired artist and a perceptive critic. His poetry and observations of nineteenthcentury contemporary art helped formulate the basis of a new French aesthetic; an aesthetic based on the celebution of the commonplace. It was Baudelaire who drew attention to the reflected light from the water in the gutters of the streets of Paris, and in so doing, opened our eyes to the latent beauty of everyday, mundane surroundings. It was he who drew attention to the societies of the cabaret as much as those of the literary and artistic salon. His insights into art, society and landscape, sufficiently distant from current trends, provide an interesting platform from which to observe and comment on contemporary landscape theory and practice in France.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
