Abstract
Les Autochtones ont été investis et surinvestis par les savoirs savants de diverses disciplines des sciences sociales et humaines. À partir du discours savant produit par la criminologie, nous montrons comment ce savoir a f luctué dans le temps, s’est structuré en fonction d’enjeux liés au maintien de la cohésion de l’ordre juridique et politique de l’État et comment il a constitué les communautés autochtones en groupes particulièrement vulnérables et problématiques.
