The 131 I-Hippurate Renogram as a Quantitative Test of Function in Renal Parenchymal Disease
Bibliographic record
Abstract
131I-hippurate renograms were performed in 66 patients and the results correlated with BUN, serum creatinine, 24-hour creatinine clearance and PSP excretion at 15 and 60 min.Values for R and L kidneys were averaged for a total of 14 parameters and the means correlated with results of the tests of renal function. The four parameters related to the third or descending segment gave the best correlations; the highest (r = -0.85) was between the time to fall to 50% of the peak counts (T½) and the percent PSP excreted in 60 min. T½ values > 10–13 min indicated impaired renal function. The renogram is a useful measure of renal function when the serum creatinine is <3 mg/100 ml, obstruction and reflux are absent and particularly when accurate collection of urine is difficult.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
