Abstract
La corporation municipale est-elle un employeur à « statut particulier » ? Dans quelle mesure peut-elle modifier de son propre chef les conditions de travail ? La Cour supérieure nous apporte quelques éléments de réponse.1 Puisque dans ces deux affaires, les principaux événements sont les mêmes, il convient de les rappeler en premier lieu puis, de rapporter les éléments particuliers à chacun.
