Abstract
Résumé On trouve de plus en plus de magasins entrepôts, c’est-à-dire des magasins de vente au rabais appartenant à un fabricant, des chaînes de magasins spécialisés ou de magasins à rayons. L’arrivée de cet acteur dans le secteur du commerce de détail n’est pas sans occasionner des conflits ou des défis dans un réseau de distribution. Cet article analyse, à l’aide d’une étude de cas d’un grand fabricant international, trois stratégies à adopter pour bien intégrer les magasins entrepôts aux canaux de distribution d’une entreprise, soit recourir à un mix marketing qui est propre au magasin entrepôt, communiquer les particularités du magasin entrepôt aux employés et aux clients et, finalement, nommer des leaders de marque, les consulter et solliciter leur participation.
