Abstract
Liquides sexuels féminins et rapports sociaux en Afrique centrale Cet article s'attache à un domaine peu exploré, les fluides sexuels féminins. Les données proviennent de recherches effectuées au Zaïre et dans la communauté de la diaspora africaine en Belgique, ainsi que de la littérature anthropologique. Il en ressort qu'il y a deux attitudes opposées quant aux sécrétions féminines. Certains groupes ont une position très négative, se traduisant par des pratiques d'assèchement vaginal au moyen de plantes, ce qui peut fragiliser les muqueuses et augmenter le risque de maladies transmises sexuellement. D'autres groupes valorisent ces fluides et ont des pratiques sexuelles spécifiques à ce sujet. Ces faits sont contextualisés par rapport aux theories locales du corps et au cadre socio-économique. Des propositions sont faites pour la formulation des messages de prévention des MTS.
