Abstract
Dans la perspective de la revitalisation des espaces non centraux au Québec, l'analyse prospective des évolutions économiques et sociales permet de déceler des indicateurs de changements profonds dont les effets conjugués pourraient favoriser la déconcentration d'activités économiques et de populations et ainsi procurer des possibilités réelles de développement. C'est là tout le défi et le sens de la dynamique territoriale.
