Abstract
Un questionnaire d'enquête par le Web a été administré principalement en vue de déterminer l'information qui était utile aux gestionnaires de la Fraser Health Authority, de Colombie-Britannique, à l'appui de la prise de décisions relative à la santé et la sécurité en milieu de travail. Les résultats ont indiqué que les gestionnaires préfèrent des rapports trimestriels électroniques, avec des cibles, des objectifs et des tendances historiques évalués comme « très importants ». Plus de 85,7 % « sont d'accord » que si l'information était facilement disponible dans le format « le plus avantageux », ils seraient en mesure d'améliorer la santé en milieu de travail. Il est recommandé, entre autres, que les gestionnaires obtiennent des rapports sur la santé en milieu de travail qui sont clairs et précis, tout en facilitant l'analyse aux fins de la prise de décisions.
