La communication institutionnelle vue par l’entreprise de six grands – Systèmes relationnels : proposition d’une typologie

Abstract
Le renouveau scientifique récent dans les sciences sociales pour le concept de réseau a eu peu d’écho dans le champ de la communication institutionnelle. Le présent article suggère une typologie de cette communication sur la base de six grands systèmes relationnels, dont trois propres à son environnement interne et autant propres à son environnement externe. La typologie permet de dégager la réflexion des préoccupations opératoires et stratégiques de la communication institutionnelle, par une prise en compte de la complexité des multiples relations dont elle est également composée. L’auteur en évalue ensuite la portée, plus particulièrement en regard de la démarcation entre les systèmes relationnels de nature sociale et ceux de nature économique. Quelques pistes de recherches potentielles sont aussi identifiées.
