As transformações recentes das políticas de accountability na educação: desafios e incidências das ferramentas de ação pública

Abstract
Propomos uma discussão sobre a diversidade das ferramentas e dos arranjos institucionais que são mobilizados para que sejam implantadas as políticas de accountability. Primeiramente, apresentamos as dimensões comuns dessas políticas, mas também a diversidade das formas que tomam em diferentes contextos. A seguir, discutimos as tipologias existentes dessas políticas e seus limites antes de desenvolver nossa proposta de tipologia evolutiva das políticas e dos instrumentos de accountability numa terceira seção. A análise da evolução das ferramentas utilizadas pelos governos públicos permite-nos assim delimitar o que há de novo nas "novas" políticas de accountability, e identificar os significados e os desafios sociopolíticos atuais.
