Résumé Plusieurs entreprises sont victimes d’une fraude ou d’un vol de clients, de comptes clients, de personnel clé ou d’un secret d’entreprise. Afin de permettre aux lecteurs de mieux comprendre les défis et les enjeux liés à l’intervention de l’entreprise lésée dans des contextes aussi délicats, un cas réel de fraude est relaté étape par étape, depuis les soupçons jusqu’à la conclusion de l’enquête, en passant par les fouilles et les filatures. Après la description détaillée de cette affaire de fraude, des conseils sont donnés aux dirigeants et aux cadres en vue de les aider à intervenir plus efficacement dans le cas où ils devraient affronter ce type de situation, mais aussi à mieux prévenir les fraudes.
