Abstract
Cet article propose un ensemble de normes systémiques (system level standards) telles les types de services à mettre au rang des priorités, les objectifs à atteindre, de même que les politiques et procédures à suivre afin de mieux organiser les services axés sur le rétablissement et d'en soutenir la qualité. Ces propositions s'appuient sur des recherches empiriques et des initiatives américaines récentes, parmi lesquelles le système de soutien communautaire (Community Support System) est la plus probante. Nous les présenterons de manière comparative (modèle axé sur le rétablissement versus modèle traditionnel) pour mieux illustrer les transformations qu'elles impliquent.
